Item is a photograph of Blowers Archibald Sr. Blowers was born in Sydney Mines N.S. January 18th 1856 and is the son of T.D. Archibald. He was educated at Boston Latin School and then Harvard Law School. Blowers was admitted to the government of N.S. in June of 1878.
