Item is a photograph of seven members of the Cape Breton Bus & Tram Co. Executive pose in front of a tram. The men are identified as (left to right): C. Ray Mason, Director; John MacKay, oldest operator; Gordon Elman, President; Tom Payne, Comptroller; M. R. Chappell, Vice-President; Rus. Urquhart, Secretary- Treasurer; and A. J. McDonald, Glace Bay, Mgr. This picture was taken on occasion of the last tram car run from Glace Bay. On April 30, 1947, the government gave permission to close the tram line.
