Item is a photograph of students from Xavier College taking part in the March of Concern, protesting the proposed Sydney Steel Plant closure in 1967. The plant was eventually taken over and operated by the Province of Nova Scotia as the Sydney Steel Company (SYSCO) until its closure in 2001.
