Stearns: "The Morning Sun is the only daily newspaper east of Halifax, Nova Scotia, and is printed every morning (Sunday excepted) at Sydney, Cape Breton, office No. 106 South Charlotte St. It gives the cable and telegraphic news by special services direct from New York and other centres of information, and lacks none of the facilities of a thorough newspaper. Subscription price is $6 per year. Advertising rates $1 per inch first insertion, 25 cents each continuation. Special rates on advertising contracts according to space and time."
